My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms overlooking Teeth of the Dog and the ocean views from the second floors were absolutely beautiful. The service was exceptional, and the staff spent a great deal of time interacting with me, making me feel incredibly welcome. The location was top-notch, covering 7,000 impeccable acres. The dining options were varied and delightful, especially at Lago Grill for Breakfast and Lunch. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor downsides.
I loved staying at this hotel in the Altos De Chavon area. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, with a personal touch in the evening. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was an awkward situation with staff being overattentive. The location was peaceful and perfect for those who want a quiet getaway. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for the average quality. Overall, a great place for a relaxing stay.
The hotel rooms were just as beautiful as shown in the pictures, clean, and offered a peaceful view of the garden. Driving around the property with the gas-powered golf cart was a lot of fun. However, the rooms could use some renovation for more practical arrangements, and the balconies felt a bit dull.
